Wondering what seeing a naturopathic doctor would entail?

The first visit will be a 75-minute appointment focused on gathering information about you - all of your symptoms, family history, past medical history, stress levels, health goals, etc. Please bring any lab work you have had done in the last 6-12 months to your first appointment.

During the first follow-up visit we will discuss the different treatment options available to address your health concerns and start your individualized treatment plan.

If it is indicated, we may also run some lab tests. We have a lab at the clinic where we can draw the blood and send to LifeLabs for testing.

Subsequent follow-ups are usually spaced 4-6 weeks apart. This timeline may differ depending on your personalized

treatment plan. For example, if you are getting acupuncture, cupping, lab work done, etc. During these visits we will check in on how the treatment plan has been working and explore new health goals that may have come up over our weeks apart

Every body is different, so treatment should be different too. Some options for treatment will include:

Supplements

Herbal medicine

Nutrition and diet

Acupuncture

Cupping and manual trigger point release

Counselling and mental health support

Education about your symptoms and why they are happening
